Shorty's Rescue Network

The creation of Shorty's Rescue Network is an attempt and effort to assist in matchmaking individuals who need permanent homes for the dogs they have in their care and potentially find new homes by posting your dog here. Adopters who inquire to Shorty's Rescue, whom are not within the state of California will be directed to this blog.

Both individuals posting a need for a home for their dog and people seeking to adopt a dog will find State Listings for Networking Your Dogs.

This is not a fan page. Social commentary is not permitted on this site; it is for people communicating about dogs only. Please note any contact information you choose to post is PUBLIC.

All posts submitted will be approved prior to being posted. Expect up to a 24 hour time period before your dog will be listed.

  1. My family is just outside of Mesa Arizona we are seeking to adopt a Pit into our family. We thought we were taking a beautiful baby home today however after being told we had it in the bag we found out as we were preparing to pick him up that we were denied because we do not have block wall fencing we have steal fencing on 10 acres however any member of our family would not be housed outside it would be indoors with the family so please be specific if any certain requirements so that my family is not heart broken again.
