Reason(s) for rehoming the dog: My name is Janelle and I am in desperate need for a home for my boyfriends dog, Ruka. I am able to keep his American Bulldog however, the red nose pit bull I am not.
I was wondering if you could help spread the word we are trying frantically to find a forever home for her. My boyfriend was in an accident on the 4th of July and is now quadriplegic and vent dependent. He loves both these dogs with everything he has (both rescue pups) of course due to his injury, he is no longer able to fend for them.
She is slightly aggressive towards other dogs when they are "out of line" and occasionally when there is food r toys involved. She has been deemed potentially dangerous by the City of Minneapolis due to the fact that a mailman was afraid of her, maced her in the face and by instinct bit where the mace was coming from. She has NEVER been aggressive towards humans other than that incident. She is good with kids and is loyal, obedient, well trained and just amazing!
